Naama Nami Melumad is a Los Angeles based film composer, originally from Tel Aviv, Israel. Her credits include films, video games, commercials, and theatre. Naama’s documentaries have screened worldwide, claiming multiple international awards. Trained with composers Thomas Newman, Chris Young and Bruce Broughton, she holds a B.A. in multi-style composition from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and is a graduate of USC’s highly competitive Scoring for Motion Pictures and TV program. Naama has also worked as a symphonic arranger and her works were performed by the Revolution Orchestra, Be’er Sheva Orchestra and Haifa Symphony orchestra (Israel). Naama was selected for the mentorship program of The Society of Composers & Lyricists (SCL) as well as the WIF mentorship program.
